Gardens in Focus
The Myriad Botanical Gardens is calling all SHUTTERBUGS for its first-ever photography contest. Amateur and professional photographers of all ages are welcome to enter. Mulitple categories are available. The winning entries in each category will be on display during our Gardens In Focus exhbition from January 22 through the Festival of the Arts, 2009. Passport To Plants
June 1 - November 27
A World of Wonder awaits at the Crystal Bridge Tropical Conservatory, where visitors will be whisked to six exotic locales from across the globe...no passport required. This exhibit explores the plant life and cultures of six distinct countries, including South Africa, Thailand, Madagascar, Belize, Australia and Mexico. While there, don't forget to stop at our interactive exhibits where you can get your Activity Passport stamped and learn to say "hello" in each country's language. It's a tropical experience of worldly proportions!
